Embark Advisory Board
The Embark Advisory Board is composed of three elected members and five members appointed by the individual committees. The Advisory Board will consist of the Chair, the Vice Chair, the Administrative Chair, the five Committee Chairs and the selected members from each of the five committees (consisting of Alumni Giving; Communications and Branding; Community Engagement; Take the Lead Task Force; and Social Engagement). The board meets quarterly.
The term of office for the following elected members (Chair, Vice Chair, Administrative Chair) shall be one (1) year. They shall be eligible to serve no more than two (2) consecutive terms in the same office. The term of office for the appointed Committee Chair members shall be one (1) year. They shall be eligible to serve no more than two (2) consecutive terms in the same office.
