HR Director – HR Business Partner

As an HR Director you will provide strategic business partnership contributing to Nike’s growth by defining and catalyzing the strategic people agenda for continuous transformation of Nike’s culture and capability. In our rapidly changing environment you will help us raise the standard on Nike’s end-to-end value chain expertise by working in close partnership with internal change leaders; providing HR guidance, consulting and expertise. You will exhibit companywide thinking to proactively understand functional areas and how they interact/overlap with other areas of the business and operations. You will align Nike’s people strategies with business strategies and successfully implement critical people initiatives in a productive, complex and rapidly growing business environment. HR Contingent Labor Manager

As our Contingent Workforce Manager, you’ll support Nike, Inc.’s contingent workforce program, including governance of programs and vision. You’ll develop relationships with both internal clients and external vendors and help implement regional vendor analysis and RFP for solutions. You’ll strengthen metric and scorecard development and follow through to assess program and vendor effectiveness and collaborate on monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews with vendors, HR and business leadership. Conduct supplier meetings to discuss open positions, challenges, headcounts, recruitment and retention strategy. You’ll stay attuned to industry-leading practices through market research and benchmarking. HR Specialist

The Human Resources Specialist position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR function in Memphis; assisting and advising Nike Managers on people related matters.  The HR Specialist manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
