Su Casa welcomes the stranger, bridging the gap between first-generation Hispanic immigrants and resident Memphian. We identify the felt and actual needs of the community and recruit volunteers to engage those needs and minister wholistically through teaching and caring for both adults and children, helping them to thrive in the new culture and calling on them to be good neighbors.

 

Available Positions:

 

Early Childhood Lead Teacher

The Early Childhood Lead Teacher is responsible for the spiritual, academic, and social-emotional growth

and development of all children in their care, which may include infants, toddlers and/or prekindergarten

aged children. The Lead Teacher develops partnerships with parents/guardians to engage and encourage

parent participation in the program. The Lead Teacher is also responsible for assuring compliance with all

applicable state codes and polices. Additionally, program staff may be required to work with staff from Su

Casa Family Ministries and Iglesia Presbiteriana Esperanza.
