Kiarston currently serves as an intern for New Memphis where she completes a variety of tasks to assist with the logistics and production of events in regards to Launch: Summer Experience. Kiarston was selected through the Bank of America: Student Leaders Program and is one of the inaugural participants in the Memphis market of the program.
As a Memphis Native, she is a rising senior at White Station High School where she maintains a 4.6 grade point average. Aside from her rigorous academic obligations, Kiarston is involved in numerous extracurricular and academic activities within her school and community. She serves as President of the Pan African Club where she and other students work diligently to produce the annual Black History Month Showcase. Kiarston is also a proud mentee, scholar and student executive board member of REACH Memphis. In addition, she is active in other programs and honor societies.
After high school, Kiarston aspires to attend an accredited college where she will major in Nursing with a minor in Business Administration. Upon receiving this degree, she hopes to start her own organization that would place nurses in underprivileged areas.
