Who we are:

We believe there are tons of things to celebrate about Memphis, but our best asset is our people (you!). So, we’ve made it our business to develop, activate, and retain talented professionals to our city for more than three decades. And we’re just getting started!

Here at New Memphis we:

  • Celebrate our City - We showcase why Memphis is the place to live, work, play, and thrive!
  • Lead the Way - We don't shy away from opportunities, we unite varying perspectives, and we problem-solve together to inspire community growth.
  • Make an Impact - We aren’t afraid to roll up our sleeves and put in the work to plant seeds of innovation for the future. We drive positive transformation through leadership, activation, and service.

Why us?

We’re on a mission to make Memphis more magnetic! You can go from home to work and back home again in any city, but that doesn’t make it home. Plugging in is an essential part of finding how to ignite your spark. You can’t pour from an empty cup, and you can’t make maximum impact without a full tool-belt. That’s where we come in! New Memphis leadership programs offer tailor-made development opportunities for everyone from college students and young professionals to educators and C-suite executives. Our work rolls out the red carpet for everyone to not only see why Memphis is so magnetic, but also participate and relish in it for themselves!
