Position: Associate Producer

The Associate Producer (AP) is responsible for generating, acquiring, and preparing materials and information for use in the production of programs and events.  The AP works closely with client services, creative, and project production leads to build and maintain the production schedule, travel schedules, content management, and assure deliverables are being met according to the confirmed timeline.  The AP supports the production process by maintaining project documentation for production elements, research, production, and client team communications, show books, agendas/schedules, distribution of documents to team members, and logistics.  The AP will work directly with the executive production team in maintaining budget, vendor contracts, and freelance management. Position: Director of Marketing and Business Development

The Director of Marketing and Business Development is responsible for leading and managing the execution of multi-dimensional strategies. They will also be responsible for the development of long-term goals to ensure business growth in order to position LEO Events as the leading global events agency. This position will build solid connections in a business development capacity that benefit the company’s sales objectives and participate in client pitches. This position will also manage the company’s internal and external communications to develop a strong industry brand and implement an enviable corporate image by executing effective communication, public relations, and social media programs.  Working with LEO’s executive team, this position will coordinate projects and determine which should be completed internally and externally collaborating closely with the business development, creative, and production teams. Position: Creative Director

The Creative Director will collaborate with a team of creative individuals who work together to imagine, create and present inspired experiences that tell the story of our clients in unique ways. Working with industry-leading strategist, each project is developed in detail through to final design and production. This includes everything from B2B internal corporate meetings and events, live experiences, exhibit and convention programs, and client meetings / pitches. Position: Project Data Coordinator

LEO Events is searching for a Project Data Coordinator for our expanding Digital Department.  This position will organize incoming data from multiple platforms and assist in projects ranging from event registration to event applications to activations. The ideal Project Data Coordinator candidate has an analytical mind, exceptional attention to detail, proficient typing skills, and is a self-starter. A diverse and extensive logistics background and corporate event coordination knowledge is required.
