Workplaces are changing at rapid pace, and organizational culture is one of the many areas that has to adapt. But that doesn’t mean it has to fall by the wayside. Join New Memphis as we sit down with two leaders in the corporate world to discuss how culture is impacted in the evolving, socially-distant workplace, and how to remedy the growing pains. David Dart, Chief Human Resources Officer at ServiceMaster and John Daniel, Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at First Horizon National Corporation will explore how organizations are building and maintaining culture while navigating the ongoing changes in workplaces. This professional development opportunity is applicable to all sectors, industries and leadership levels and will provide participants with insight and tools to implement in their organizations.
