Fellows

Know a mid-career professional with leadership potential and a passion for transforming thecommunity? Nominate that person for Fellows. Sound like yourself? Apply today.
The benefits of being a Fellow are many for both participants and employers. Graduates are more likely to collaborate effectively, possess the capacity to manage a diverse team, and be highly engaged employees.
Curious what the New Memphis Fellows program is all about? In this short video, graduates explain the experience and how it pushed them to excel in their careers and positively impact our community.
Classes are kept intentionally small (25-30) to encourage self-exploration and team building. The program curriculum divides its time between personal leadership development and community action.
Our next Fellows cohort will begin in September and the sessions will primarily be in the morning. You can view the upcoming calendar here.
