Fellows is the premiere community-wide leadership development experience for mid-career leaders in Memphis. With a history that spans over 10 years, Fellows is designed for high-performing professionals who are already excelling in their careers and positively impacting our community, but who are seeking to amplify that power through access to new connections, skills and experiences.
Send Us Your Leaders

Know a mid-career professional with leadership potential and a passion for transforming his or her community? Nominate that person for Fellows. Sound like yourself? Apply today.

Why Fellows?

The benefits of being a Fellow are many for both participants and employers. Graduates are more likely to collaborate effectively, possess the capacity to manage a diverse team, and be highly engaged employees.

Is each session mandatory?

Full participation by each member of a Fellows class is key to the group's cohesiveness and crucial to the individual Fellows experience. As such, attendance at every session over the year long training is expected. It is usually possible to address a single conflicting date, but more than one is strongly discouraged. If the conflict overlaps with Foundations of Leadership or Team Trek, we encourage you to consider applying at a later time.
Hear About the Program from Grads

Curriculum Information

Classes are kept intentionally small (25-30) to encourage self-exploration and team building. The program curriculum divides its time between personal leadership development and community action.
