FAQ
Q: What are the Fellows requirements?
A: All Fellows must submit an application and receive acceptance into the Program, then make a commitment to attend all scheduled sessions. Fellows come to us from all industry segments, including public and non-profit organizations. We are looking for applicants with diverse perspectives, leadership potential, and a passion to better themselves and their community.
Curriculum Information
We strive to ensure the makeup of our programs represents the diversity of our city and our classes are kept intentionally small (25-30) to encourage self-exploration and team building. The program curriculum divides its time between personal leadership development and community action.
Our next Fellows cohort will begin in April and the sessions will primarily be in the morning. You can view the upcoming calendar here.
