New Memphis Fellows Application
Fellows is the premier community-wide leadership development experience for mid-career leaders in Memphis. With a history that spans over 15 years, the year-long program is designed for high-performing professionals who are already excelling in their careers and positively impacting our community, but who are seeking to amplify that power through access to new connections, skills and experiences.

V. Administrative Fee
The true cost of this yearlong experience is $7,000. However, New Memphis receives generous support from corporations, foundations and individuals to significantly offset that cost, safeguarding a level playing field.
Fellows pay a $1,200 administrative fee
to help ensure a top quality experience. This fee can be paid over time, and a range of payment options are available. Unquestionably, the value of the experience far exceeds the fee.
We request that Fellows pay a quarter of their fee ($300) to guarantee their spot when they are notified of their acceptance to the program. At that time, payment options for the remainder of the fee can be arranged.
VI. Commitment to 100% Participation
Full participation of each member of the Fellows class is key to the group's cohesiveness and crucial to the individual Fellows' experience. As such, attendance at every session over the next 12 months of training is mandatory. If any of the session dates present a conflict, we encourage you to consider applying at a later time.
New Memphis is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment during the COVID-19 health crisis. As such, we have made the decision to move our Fellows program sessions to the virtual setting until further notice. New Memphis is continually evaluating when it will be safe to bring the full group of our program participants together and will communicate with each cohort if we are able to meet safely. We continue to be guided by values that keep your health and safety foremost in mind.
Note: April cohort sessions are primarily in the evenings, whereas September cohort sessions are held mostly during the day.
Please initial here to indicate your commitment to 100% participation.
